Sean Penn Sues Vividminds- Web Designers
Sean Penn has been an active individual in the relief efforts for Haiti‘s earthquake recovery. In his efforts revamping his website was top priority so he hired Vividminds last November to redesign it and was to pay a total of 25K at the completion of redesign.
Apparently, Vividminds did not deliver and Sean Penn‘s group: J/P Haitian Relief Organization claims that Vividminds never built a website that was top notch and Sean Penn called the company and demanded that they would deliver.
However, now Vividminds is asking for an additional 10K and holding Sean Penn‘s website hostage.
Sean Penn & J/P Haitian Relief Organization are suing for a full refund of 25K and for breach of contract.
